Morfa Dyffryn
A rare official naturist beach in the UK. Located in North Wales, 85 miles from Liverpool, 110 miles from Manchester and 120 miles from Birmingham.
Directions
The nearest village to the beach is Dyffryn a few miles north of Barmouth and near the popular Llyn Peninsular holiday towns of Porthmadog, Criccieth and Abersoch, this beach is also close to Snowdonia national park.
The beach is reached from the A496 Barmouth to Harlech road. Take Station Road and after a mile or so the Dyffryn Seaside Estate will be reached. Park up near the shop (a small parking charge applies).
To reach the beach, walk from the carpark seaward, taking the raised wooden platform through the dunes. Turn right on the beach and walk a few hundred yards. A sign indicates the start of the naturist beach.
The beach is popular with singles and couples of all ages.
There are plenty of nearby campsites and B&B's. It is rumoured that there is a naturist campsite at Dyffryn Seaside Estate but we have not found a great deal of information about booking a pitch here. Single sex groups of adults do not appear to be encouraged here.
